Colony Flow! Level 357 Walkthrough

normal Live 7 colours / pieces Checked September 20, 2026

Level 357 features a rubber duck wearing a top hat on water, using linked ant boxes and padlock keys. Clear the outer light blue water, cyan base, and red background first to release the keys and expose the inner duck and hat. Avoid deploying black or purple boxes before uncovering the hat.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 357 — full solution

  1. Deploy Light Blue 40 from the front row, mid-left. It joins the active White 45 in the slots to strip the outer light blue water along the bottom while White removes the lower background blocks; two slots in use.
  2. Tap the linked Cyan 12 (front row, left) and Cyan 25 (front row, right) pair. Both slide into separate slots and start carrying away the exposed cyan water along the bottom edge; four slots in use.
  3. Tap the newly accessible Red 12 and Yellow 43 into the open slots in any order. Red removes the exposed red wall blocks at the top corners while Yellow begins harvesting the duck's tail, leaving all five slots active and processing blocks.
  4. Allow White 45 and Red 12 to deplete and clear their slots, then tap Yellow 21. Yellow ants aggressively strip the duck's body, opening up the path toward the yellow key hidden near the top hat; three slots in use.
  5. Deploy Cyan 70 and its linked Cyan partner once slots open. Their ants clear the cyan water blocks across the lower board, fully exposing the duck's underside and freeing the keys embedded in the image.
  6. With the yellow and colored padlocks unlocked, tap Red 9 and Cyan 5 to remove the lingering red backdrop and stray water pixels. This fully exposes the duck's head, beak, and top hat; two slots free.
  7. Tap Black 20 from the stack along with Yellow 46. Black ants dismantle the top hat and duck eye while Yellow strips the duck's head and body, clearing the majority of the pixel art.
  8. Tap Purple 25 to strip the bow tie and hat band, then let the active Black and Yellow ants finish transporting their final blocks into the nest. The picture clears entirely and the level is won.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping Black 20 before the background and hat outline are cleared → black blocks are trapped deep inside the top hat, causing Black 20 to jam an empty slot indefinitely.
  • Tapping the linked Cyan pair when fewer than two slots are free → linked boxes require two available slots at the same moment, so attempting to tap them with only one free slot fails to deploy them.

Quick tips for Level 357

  • Always prioritize outer layer colors like White, Light Blue, and Cyan to expose the inner layers and reach the embedded keys.
  • Keep track of linked box pairs; ensure at least two empty slots are open before tapping linked boxes so you do not get stuck waiting.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A five-slot rack sits below a pixel-art picture of a yellow duck in water wearing a black top hat, set against a red and white background. Under the slots is a multi-row stack containing standard boxes, linked pairs, and boxes locked behind colored padlocks.
Goal
Clear all pixel blocks from the picture using the ant boxes from the stack without letting all five slots fill with stuck boxes.
Opening
White 45 starts already active in the middle slot, carrying off the outer white frame blocks. Tap Light Blue 40 and the linked Cyan pair (Cyan 12 and Cyan 25) early since both water colours are immediately exposed across the bottom of the picture.
Trap
Tapping Black 20 or Purple 25 too early is fatal: the black top hat and purple band are completely encircled by the background and duck blocks, so these boxes would sit idle in slots and cause an overflow.
Mechanic
Linked boxes are connected by a pipe and enter two slots simultaneously when either is tapped. Locked boxes feature padlocks that only unlock once the corresponding colored key hidden inside the pixel art is uncovered and collected.

Level 357 questions

  • Which box should you tap first on Level 357?

White 45 is already working in the middle slot at the start. Tap Light Blue 40 and the linked Cyan 12 and Cyan 25 boxes first to strip the outer water blocks.

  • How do you unlock the padlocked boxes in Level 357?

Ants must clear the blocks covering the colored keys embedded in the picture. Once a key is carried away, its corresponding padlock snaps open automatically.
