Level 354 features a heart portrait of Jake the Dog shielded by an outer white frame and a 218-hit chocolate obstacle over the nest. Clear outer white and orange layers first so returning ants shatter the chocolate barrier and reveal inner details. Hold the Brown 2 box until Jake's nose is exposed.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 354 — full solution
- Tap the front-row White 36 and Orange 35 boxes, followed by the revealed Black 38 and White 35 boxes. White and orange ants strip the outer frame, while returning ants wear down the 218-hit chocolate barrier over the nest. Slots hold Orange 15, Black 38, and two White 16 boxes.
- Allow the white and black ants to finish chipping through the outer frame and the chocolate bar until the barrier shatters completely. As Orange 15 and Black 38 expire and clear their bays, tap Black 20 into the first slot to continue targeting Jake's eye outlines.
- Tap Yellow 35 from the front row into a free slot to begin clearing exposed yellow blocks along the heart rim. The white boxes finish off the lower outer borders, leaving Black 20, White 9, and Yellow 3 active across the slots with two bays open.
- Tap the linked Orange 35 pair and the next available Orange box into the empty slots as the black and white boxes finish. Orange ants strip the lower perimeter of the heart, advancing Yellow 3, Orange 12, White 7, and Orange 14 across four slots.
- Let the orange and yellow ants clear the lower half of Jake's face and the heart's bottom point. Hold off on tapping any interior boxes while Yellow 3 and White 7 complete their runs, opening two center slots for the next wave.
- Tap Brown 2 into an open slot now that Jake's two brown nose blocks are fully uncovered. Follow with Orange 40 and White 4 to clear the upper perimeter, leaving Yellow 1, Orange 31, Brown 2, and White 4 active in four slots.
- Brown 2 and Yellow 1 clear their targets, freeing up bays. Tap the remaining White 35 boxes from the stack as the upper background corners become accessible, while Orange 31 finishes removing the remaining orange border blocks.
- Tap the final Yellow box from the stack into the slots to clear the remaining yellow blocks across the top of the heart. The last yellow and white ants deliver their blocks to the nest, clearing the board to win the level.
