Colony Flow! Level 242 Walkthrough
Level 242 features a horned bull against a bright backdrop. Strip the exposed Light Green edges and bottom Red mouth first to uncover the buried facial features and horns. Avoid tapping inner Dark Purple or Black boxes before their layers are fully exposed.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 242 — full solution
- Tap the Light Green 35 box on the front row left and the Red 35 box on the front row center. The Light Green ants begin clearing the perimeter while the Red ants strip the exposed bottom snout.
- Tap the Light Green 35 box on the front row right, then tap the Green 35 box and Pink 20 box as they advance to the front row. This strips the outer borders and begins clearing the top foliage.
- Tap the Dark Purple 8 box, White 1 box, and Green 28 box into the open slots in any order. The ants collect exposed horn tips, dark upper brow blocks, and green background pixels.
- Tap the Light Green 30 box, Light Green 26 box, and Red 17 box as slots clear. These remove the upper backdrop framing and finish dismantling the bottom Red snout.
- Tap the White 5 box, Dark Purple 33 box, and Black 16 box. The White ants remove the eye whites and horn outlines, allowing the dark boxes to start eating into the bull's face.
- Tap the Dark Purple 12 box, Light Green 25 box, and Black 14 box into available slots in any order. They strip away the remaining facial core and background edges.
- Tap the Light Green 35 box and Green 42 box as they reach the front row. They clear the upper greenery and horn decorations, freeing three slots.
- Tap the Pink 20 box and the final Light Green 2 box. They clear the remaining forehead jewel and final corner pixels to complete the picture.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping a Dark Purple or Black box before stripping the outer frame → the bull's face is completely surrounded by Light Green and Red, causing dark boxes to stall and jam the slots.
- Filling all five slots with Light Green boxes at once → locks the slots and prevents accessing the Red and White boxes needed to expose the next layers.
Quick tips for Level 242
- Alternate between stripping the Light Green perimeter and the lower Red mouth to expose inner layers evenly.
- Always maintain at least one empty slot so newly revealed mystery boxes can be deployed without causing a deadlock.
