How to beat Colony Flow! Level 240 — full solution
- Tap the Cyan 14, Cyan 10, and Purple 18 boxes from the front row in any order. Their ants begin chipping away at the exposed perimeter of the outer frame, opening up initial space along the fish's outline and clearing two slots.
- Tap the Hot Pink 42 box and the Cyan 50 box from the front row. The pink and cyan ants strip away sections of the upper decorative border and upper fish fins, freeing front row access to the Black 60 box.
- Tap the Black 60 box and the Dark Blue 31 box. The black and dark blue ants dismantle the lower body silhouette and lower dark edge of the anglerfish, exposing interior cyan and light blue patches across the belly.
- Deploy the linked Pink box pair and the Purple 32 box into available slots. Purple and pink ants strip the upper dorsal fin and outer perimeter, releasing the first padlock key embedded within the dorsal region.
- Tap the Cyan 35 box and the Light Blue 35 box as the cyan padlock opens. Their ants carve through the inner belly and face, breaking through the eye boundary and freeing the Light Green key from the upper lure.
- Tap the Light Green box, followed by the White 61 box to begin carrying away the large round eye. White ants rapidly strip the eye disk while green ants clear the angler lure at the top.
- Tap the remaining Hot Pink 35 and Blue 24 boxes to strip the upper magenta fin and remaining ventral fin details, opening the bottom layers of the stack.
- Tap the final Pink 15, Purple 20, Cyan 21, and Light Green 25 boxes in any order. The ants collect the remaining scattered tail, mouth, and backdrop blocks to complete the level.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the White 61 box early → White blocks are entirely enclosed inside the eye socket with 58 hit points, leaving White stuck in a slot indefinitely.
- Deploying cyan boxes before clearing the dark purple body → Cyan blocks in the belly are trapped beneath the body outline, causing cyan boxes to stall.
Quick tips for Level 240
- Prioritize peeling the outer border and fish silhouette to expose the internal keys needed for locked stack boxes.
- Never drop the large White box into a slot until the outer purple border around the eye has been completely broken.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture depicts an anglerfish facing right with a large white eye (count 58) on the left and a green lure (count 32) on the upper right, enclosed in a pink checker border. Five queue slots sit above a five-column stack containing locked and linked boxes.
- Goal
- Remove all colored pixel blocks composing the anglerfish and border using boxes from the stack without letting all five slots fill with blocked colors.
- Opening
- Start with the exposed border colors: tap front-row Cyan 14, Cyan 10, and Purple 18 to peel outer boundary blocks and uncover the next stack row safely.
- Trap
- The White 61 box in the second row: tapping it early is fatal because the white eye is completely insulated by purple and cyan borders.
- Mechanic
- Padlocked boxes in the stack require collecting the matching colored key icons embedded within the picture blocks before they can be tapped.
Level 240 questions
-
When should I tap the White 61 box in Level 240?
Only tap White 61 once the purple outline encasing the eye is broken and white pixels are actively exposed.
-
Why do my slots get clogged on Level 240?
Tapping interior colors like Cyan or White before peeling the dark blue outer belly and purple body blocks fills slots with boxes that cannot find targets.
