Level 154 features a pixel-art portrait surrounded by heavy background blocks and multiple locked sections. Clear the outer black background first to expose the turban and face colors. Avoid deploying inner face colors early to keep slots open for linked pairs.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 154 — full solution
- Tap Black 50 (row 1, col 1), Black 45 (row 1, col 2), and Black 40 (row 1, col 3). Their ants immediately clear the outer black background surrounding the upper portrait, leaving two slots free.
- Tap Black 45 (row 1, col 4) and White 45 (row 1, col 5). The black box strips the remaining upper background, while white ants begin taking blocks from the lower collar, cycling out as slots reopen.
- Tap the linked Black 50 (row 2, col 1) + Purple 35 (row 2, col 2) pair into two open slots. Tap Dark Green 45 (row 2, col 3) once space allows to strip the bottom-left foliage.
- Tap Yellow 20 (row 2, col 4) and Light Blue 39 (row 2, col 5). Yellow ants begin harvesting the exposed right side of the turban while light blue attacks the exposed scarf crest.
- Tap Orange 40 (row 3, col 1), then the linked Orange 20 (row 3, col 2) + Light Blue 20 (row 3, col 3) pair. Orange ants clear the outer turban ribbon and free the lock 50 counter.
- Tap Black 40 (row 1, col 1) and Purple 40 (row 1, col 2). Once slots open, send the linked Orange 45 + Light Blue 39 pair to dismantle the upper headscarf pattern, exposing the forehead.
- Tap Beige 28 and Yellow 42 in the front row. Beige ants begin stripping the outer face blocks while yellow finishes the turban folds, freeing up slots as they exhaust.
- Tap White 30 and Light Blue 9 to tackle the turban highlights. Their ants rapidly collect turban blocks, unlocking lock 70 and opening the inner face area.
- Deploy the linked Dark Green 40 + Purple 25 pair, followed by Dark Green 16 and Orange 20. This completely cleans out the lower green curls and remaining collar trim.
- Tap Beige 40, Black 20, and the linked Orange 36 + White 18 pair. The beige ants clear the center of the face, leaving only isolated accent blocks across the board.
- Tap the linked Yellow 2 + Black 14 pair to sweep up the final pixels. The remaining stray background and turban blocks clear into the nest, completing the level.

- Tapping the linked Black 50 + Purple 35 pair before clearing the front row Black boxes → occupies two slots while Purple has very few exposed blocks, causing an early slot jam.
- Deploying Beige 28 while the outer headscarf and turban still surround the face → Beige ants cannot reach the buried skin blocks, leaving the box stalled in a slot.
