Colony Flow! Level 125 Walkthrough

hard Live 9 colours / pieces Checked September 20, 2026

Level 125 features a circular submarine mosaic wrapped in water layers and a black perimeter. The winning idea is peeling away the blue and pink outer waves before tackling the linked interior boxes. Tapping yellow or brown boxes too early clogs slots while their blocks remain buried.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 125 — full solution

  1. Tap the linked Blue 40 + Pink 29 pair (front row, column 1) and the Blue 12 box (front row, column 3). Blue ants pick off outer wave blocks while Pink ants collect the exposed pink details near the bottom. Three slots are now filled, unlocking deeper boxes in columns 1 and 3.
  2. Tap the Blue 40 box (front row, column 2) and Light Blue 40 (front row, column 4), followed by Cyan 35. Light blue and cyan ants strip the upper sea tiles and uncover the interior pattern, freeing slots as Blue 12 and Blue 40 empty.
  3. Tap the Light Blue 90 and Light Blue 35 boxes as they advance to the front row. They remove the dense light blue ocean backdrop surrounding the submarine's periscope and upper hull, fully exposing the central yellow and beige sections.
  4. Tap the linked Beige pair (Beige 50 + Beige 17) and Orange 36 into the free slots. Beige ants dismantle the upper periscope tower while Orange ants dismantle the rear propeller and tail fin blocks.
  5. Wait for the Beige pair to finish carrying blocks and exit the slots. As Orange 36 counts down to its final blocks, tap the linked Brown 10 + Blue 16 pair to target the submarine's keel and window frames. Two slots remain occupied.
  6. Tap the Yellow 40 box from the front row. Yellow ants begin peeling away the large yellow body of the submarine as the brown trim finishes clearing, leaving the inner cabin and frame accessible.
  7. Tap Blue 30 and Light Blue 31 from the front row. Blue ants sweep away the remaining water patches and porthole glass, opening direct access to the outer frame and the remaining hull tiles.
  8. Tap the Black boxes (Black 20, Black 18, and Black 50) followed by the Yellow 19 box. Black ants dismantle the entire outer circle and window outlines, while Yellow ants collect the final hull blocks to win the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Yellow 40 box in the opening → Yellow submarine blocks are buried behind water blocks, leaving Yellow 40 permanently stuck in a slot and causing a slot jam.
  • Sending in the linked Brown 10 + Blue 16 pair while slots are full of incomplete boxes → The pair requires two empty slots at once, risking an instant loss if fewer slots remain free.

Quick tips for Level 125

  • Always ensure you have at least two empty slots before tapping any linked box pair.
  • Prioritise clearing the outer water blocks first to expose the submarine's hull, periscope, and rudder.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
A circular pixel-art vignette depicting a yellow submarine surrounded by water, framed in a black border. Below the nest sit five empty slots and a stack arranged in four columns and three visible rows.
Goal
Clear all blocks from the circular submarine illustration. No timer is present on this level.
Opening
Tap the linked Blue 40 + Pink 29 pair on the front left and Blue 12 from column 3, as blue and pink blocks are immediately exposed along the outer perimeter.
Trap
Tapping Yellow or Black boxes early in the stack will cause them to sit idle in the slots, as the yellow submarine and black outline are buried behind the outer blue and cyan water blocks.
Mechanic
Linked ant boxes share a connecting tube and must enter two adjacent empty slots at the same time, reducing available buffer capacity until their targets are carried away.

Level 125 questions

  • What do I tap first in Colony Flow! Level 125?

Tap the linked Blue 40 + Pink 29 pair and the Blue 12 box. Their blocks sit directly on the outer edge of the image and clear immediately without blocking slots.

  • Why do my slots get stuck on Level 125?

Linked boxes take up two slots at once. If you tap boxes for internal colours like Yellow or Brown before stripping the outer water, you run out of free slots.
