How to beat Colony Flow! Level 72 — full solution
- Tap the Brown 20 box (front row, middle), the Black 20 box (front row, middle), the Orange 20 box (front row, right), the Grey 19 box (front row, right), and the Beige 15 box (front row, left). Brown ants strip the outer border while Black and Orange begin chipping away at the outline; all five slots are occupied.
- Tap the Orange 22 box (front row, right) once slot 1 clears. Orange ants double their collection rate on the main block body, allowing the first two orange boxes to finish and free slots 1 and 4.
- Tap the Beige 25 box (front row, left) and the Orange 23 box (front row, right). Beige ants begin carving out the question mark symbol as Black finishes its initial section, leaving two slots free.
- Tap the Brown 25 box (front row, middle). Brown ants target the newly exposed shaded pixels along the inner border. Slots 3, 4, and 5 empty as their countdowns complete.
- Tap the Orange 26 box (front row, left) and the Orange 20 box (front row, right). Orange ants rapidly dismantle the outer layers of the block body, clearing slot 1 shortly after.
- Tap the Black 25 box (front row, middle) and the Orange 24 box (front row, left). Black and Orange ants work simultaneously on the frame and corners, clearing slots 2 and 4.
- Tap the Brown 25 box (front row, middle), the Beige 15 box (front row, right), and the Black 22 box (front row, right). Ants remove the remaining inner brown shading and black border, keeping all five slots actively working.
- Tap the Brown 25 box (front row, middle) and the Yellow 10 box (front row, left). Yellow ants strip the core pixels of the question mark, causing four boxes to empty almost at once and freeing four slots.
- Tap the White 24 box (front row, left), the Orange 25 box (front row, middle), and the Orange 20 box (front row, right). White ants clear the question mark dot and symbol, while Orange dismantles the upper block frame.
- Tap the Brown 28 box (front row, left). Brown ants remove the final brown edge pixels, hollowing out the structure and freeing three slots.
- Tap the Orange 30 box (front row, left) and the Orange 20 box (front row, middle). Orange ants collect the remaining top-right corner pieces, dropping the picture count to single digits.
- Tap the Orange 20 box (front row, middle). The remaining orange ants carry off the final blocks to clear the board and complete the level.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping the Beige 25 box in phase 1 before the outer brown border clears → Beige blocks are trapped inside the question mark, leaving the box stalled in a slot and constricting buffer space.
- Tapping the Yellow 10 box before phase 8 → Yellow pixels sit at the deep center of the question mark, causing the box to remain stuck until surrounding layers are dismantled.
Quick tips for Level 72
- Always match the active boxes to the outermost exposed colours; boxes targeting interior pixels will stall until their layer is uncovered.
- When multiple boxes of the same colour are available, queue them together only when large unbroken segments of that colour are fully exposed.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture is a square Question Mark block above two nests, five holding slots, and a multi-row box stack.
- Goal
- Remove all 120 pixel blocks from the picture using ant boxes drawn from the stack.
- Opening
- Start by tapping the front Brown, Black, and Orange boxes to eat away the outer border and corners.
- Trap
- Filling slots with Beige or Yellow boxes early will freeze the queue because their pixels are entirely enclosed by the outer shell.
- Mechanic
- Ants can only carry blocks touching an open exterior edge; interior blocks become accessible only as adjacent outer blocks disappear.
Level 72 questions

Why is my Beige ant box not collecting blocks in Level 72?
Beige blocks form the inner question mark and are completely covered by the outer brown and orange layers. Clear the outer shell first.
