Clear the outer purple sky and green tree layers to uncover the animal and the locked chest. Unlocking the key frees the yellow box needed to dismantle the remaining puzzle blocks.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 450 — full solution
- Tap Purple 45 (row 1, col 1), Purple 47 (row 1, col 2), Green 25 (row 1, col 3), and Purple 30 (row 1, col 4). The ants carry away the outer purple sky and the upper green tree blocks, exposing the inner layers.
- As the opening purple and green boxes deplete, tap the newly available Yellow, Green, and Red boxes from the front row. Yellow 23, Green, Red, and Red 79 enter the slots to strip the animal and tree down to the 61-counter chest.
- Allow Yellow 23, Green, and Red 79 to continue harvesting exposed blocks from the animal figure and base. Red counts down toward 34 and Yellow toward 19, steadily peeling away layers without filling all five slots with stalled boxes.
- Tap the next active Red and Green boxes as slots open. The ants dismantle the remaining lower tree branches and chip the central chest counter down from 61 to 21, uncovering the key embedded in the image.
- Collect the freed key to unlock the Yellow 16 box in the front row. Tap the unlocked Yellow box alongside Black 40, Black 50, and exposed Red and Pink boxes to crack open the chest and clear the animal body.
- Let the active Purple 2, Red 13, Red 38, and Yellow 6 boxes empty their slots. Tap the linked vertical Purple and Green stack boxes in the left column so their ants pick up the final remaining blocks to win.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Black 40 or Black 50 before the chest and inner body are exposed → black blocks are buried deep inside, causing the black boxes to clog slots indefinitely.
- Filling all five slots before uncovering the key → leaves no free slot to play the unlocked Yellow 16 box when yellow blocks finally become accessible.
Quick tips for Level 450
- Prioritise peeling outer purple sky blocks before touching the central animal so that inner colours become accessible before their boxes enter the slots.
- Keep at least one slot open whenever a linked stack column is near the front, as linked boxes require multiple free slots simultaneously.
