How to beat Colony Flow! Level 431 — full solution
- Tap the Cyan 40 box at the front row, left. Cyan ants carry off the exposed blue daytime sky blocks along the right perimeter.
- Tap the Light Blue 44 box and the newly uncovered White 33 box from the middle of the front stack. Light blue and white ants strip the clouds and upper daytime sky.
- Tap the Yellow box and Pink box into the next available slots. Yellow ants strip the upper half of the sun while pink ants carry away rainbow segments.
- Tap the Light Green 14 box from the front row. Light green ants clear the small plant elements near the lower right edge, uncovering the embedded Yellow Key.
- Allow the White and Yellow boxes in the slots to finish their remaining blocks. Collecting the last yellow pixels delivers the Yellow Key to the nest, unlocking the locked Yellow box in the stack.
- Tap the Black 40 box from the front row to engage the linked chain. Black ants begin clearing the dark night sky on the left half of the picture, uncovering the UFO and Saturn.
- Tap the Cyan 40 box and White 40 box from the stack into the free slots. White ants clear the star clusters and UFO trim while cyan ants strip the craft's saucer.
- Tap the Purple 38 box and Blue 28 box from the front row. Purple and blue ants remove the planet body and rings at the bottom left.
- Tap the final Blue box in the stack. The last ants strip the remaining planet pixels and head into the nest to clear the board.

Moves that cost you the level
- Tapping Black 40 early → Black blocks only exist on the night-sky half, so the box sits stuck in a slot while daytime blocks occupy the board.
- Filling all five slots before collecting the Yellow Key → leaves no room to deploy unlocked boxes when the key is freed, causing a gridlock.
Quick tips for Level 431
- Focus entirely on the daytime right half first to uncover and collect the Yellow Key before touching the night side.
- Monitor slot availability when activating linked Black boxes so you do not run out of spaces.
Board breakdown5 notes
- Layout
- The picture is split into two halves: night on the left with a UFO and ringed planet, and day on the right with a sun, rainbow, and clouds. Five slots sit above a dense stack of boxes featuring linked pairs and a padlock.
- Goal
- Clear all pixel blocks from both halves of the split board using boxes from the stack without overloading the five slots.
- Opening
- Send Cyan 40 from the top-left of the stack into the first slot to immediately begin stripping the outer daytime sky on the right edge.
- Trap
- Tapping the front-row Black 40 boxes too early stalls them in the slots because the night-sky blocks they target are isolated on the left and cannot clear until space is made.
- Mechanic
- A Yellow Key is embedded behind the daytime pixels near the bottom right. Clearing those pixels frees the key to open the padlocked box in the lower stack.
Level 431 questions
-
Which side of the picture should I clear first on Level 431?
Clear the daytime right side first. This frees the Yellow Key needed to unlock the padlocked box in the stack before tackling the night side.
