Colony Flow! Level 216 Walkthrough

hard Live 6 colours / pieces Checked September 20, 2026

Level 216 features an intricate arch mosaic protected by a central Brown counter block. Focus on clearing lower Green and Light Blue borders first to reveal interior Yellow and Blue blocks. The main trap is filling all slots with interior colours before the arches are sufficiently stripped.

How to beat Colony Flow! Level 216 — full solution

  1. Tap the Green 25 (front row, left), Green 25 (front row, middle), and Green 20 (front row, right) boxes into the empty slots. Their ants strip the exposed bottom green borders and arches, opening access to the adjacent yellow sections.
  2. Release the Blue 20 (front row, left), Yellow 20 (front row, middle), and Purple 22 (front row, right) boxes in any order as slots clear. These boxes clear the outer perimeter arches and begin chipping away at the lower yellow patterns.
  3. Send the Purple 20 (front row, left) and Blue 20 (front row, middle) boxes into slots alongside the newly revealed Light Green boxes. The ants strip away the lower-middle boundary blocks, whittling down the central Brown 85 block's surroundings.
  4. Deploy the Blue 22 (front row, left), Green 20 (front row, middle), and Green 25 (front row, right) boxes to finish clearing the bottom arches. This removes all lower decorative layers and leaves only the upper half of the pattern.
  5. Tap the Yellow 8, Blue 8, and Light Blue 16 boxes, followed by the Light Green 5 and Yellow 20 boxes as slots cycle. The ants dissolve the inner arch outlines, breaking open the Brown 85 obstacle completely.
  6. Slide the Light Blue 15, Green 25, and Yellow 20 boxes into free slots to strip the middle-upper wings of the mosaic. Ensure a Green box remains active to maintain rapid clearing of the mid-tier bands.
  7. Send the Green 10, Green 10, Yellow 18, Light Green 4, and Green 14 boxes into the slots. These clear out the remaining yellow segments and light green arch borders across the upper-left and upper-right wings.
  8. Deploy the final Purple 26, Green 20, Light Blue 20, and Purple 25 boxes from the stack in sequence. The purple ants carry away the final topmost crown blocks, fully clearing the board to finish the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the Purple 22 box in row 2 before lower arches are opened → purple blocks are mostly isolated near the top, causing the box to stall in a slot.
  • Deploying multiple Yellow boxes simultaneously early on → yellow pixels sit buried beneath outer green bands, easily blocking all five slots.

Quick tips for Level 216

  • Peel the mosaic from the bottom arches upward to prevent boxes stalling on trapped interior pixels.
  • Monitor the Brown 85 obstacle in the upper right; strip surrounding blue and green pixels steadily to dissolve it without wasting slots.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture is a symmetric multi-tiered arch mosaic with five bays at the bottom, an ant nest in the center, and a Brown 85 counter block embedded on the right.
Goal
Clear all coloured blocks from the mosaic, including the embedded 85-block obstacle, by dispatching matching ant boxes.
Opening
Start with the three front-row Green boxes (25, 25, and 20) to quickly consume the wide, exposed lower green arches.
Trap
The Purple 26 and Blue 20 boxes buried deep in the stack will stall if called before upper purple crown pixels are exposed.
Mechanic
A Brown 85 counter block sits embedded within the right half of the mosaic, requiring adjacent pixel clearance before it can be broken down.
