How to beat Colony Flow! Level 209 — full solution

  1. Send the initial Light Green 15 box into slot 1, followed by the Red 10 and Beige 20 from the front row. This peels the lower green garment borders and exposed red hair outlines while freeing the middle stack columns.
  2. Tap the Light Green 18 box (front row, right) and Hot Pink 20 (row 2, left). These harvest outer clothing trims and hair volume, opening access to incoming Orange and White boxes.
  3. Dispatch Orange 6, White 17, Green 3, and Orange 1 into the slots as they reach the front of the stack. These ants remove the outer cape edges and lower dress borders, exposing deeper Green and White layers.
  4. Deploy Green 18, Orange 17, and White 18 from the refreshed front row. They strip the robe highlights and lower-left drapery, creating clearance for the Beige face blocks and deeper hair strands.
  5. Send Orange 12, Brown 9, Beige 8, Hot Pink 1, and Green 4 into the open slots. Their ants harvest the shoulder bands and skin outline, leaving the central face and upper crown exposed.
  6. Cycle Brown 8, Light Green 16, Green 20, and White 16 into the slots. These clear the remaining torso details, lower face trim, and inner collar blocks.
  7. Deploy Orange 8, Brown 8, Beige 3, and Hot Pink 9 from the front row. They strip the eyebrows, facial skin blocks, and central forehead accents.
  8. Send the final Hot Pink 7, Hot Pink 11, Yellow 2, White 9, and Orange 6 into the slots to dismantle the remaining red and pink hair crown and finish the level.

Moves that cost you the level

  • Tapping the central Beige 20 box too early before skin tiles are exposed → skin blocks remain covered by outer hair and cape edges, locking up a slot.
  • Filling all five slots with Green boxes simultaneously → green robe details require outer red and white borders to peel first, causing a deadlock.

Quick tips for Level 209

  • Work from the outer silhouette inward: outer red hair and white skirt fringes must clear before the interior beige face is accessible.
  • Watch the stack order carefully; avoid sending duplicate colours into multiple slots when only a few exposed blocks match that shade.
Board breakdown5 notes
Layout
The picture is a pixel-art chibi character wearing a green dress with red hair and a yellow-accented headband. Five slots sit above a three-column stack of ant boxes.
Goal
Clear all pixel blocks in the character portrait using the ants from the stack boxes. The board contains no timer.
Opening
Light Green 15 starts in the first slot; immediately tap Red 10 and Light Green 18 to begin removing exposed garment and hair outlines.
Trap
Beige boxes cover the interior face and skin; opening them while hair and clothing blocks still cover the face stalls them in slots.
Mechanic
Ants can only carry blocks that are exposed on the outer perimeter of the remaining pixel cluster; covered interior colours must wait.

Level 209 questions

  • What should I clear first in Level 209?

Focus on the outer Light Green and Red boxes first to trim the exterior borders of the hair and dress.

  • Why are my Beige ants not collecting face tiles?

The face tiles are surrounded by hair and headband blocks. Clear the adjacent Hot Pink, Red, and Green tiles to expose the skin.
