- Tapping the vertical red bus in column 4 before clearing the brown buses → brown passengers block the queue entrance, forcing red into a bay unnecessarily.

- Prioritize clearing buses whose passengers are actively standing at the boarding dock before sending non-matching buses into waiting bays.
- Count remaining free bays before releasing high-capacity buses; buses holding 40 passengers take longer to board and leave fewer emergency buffer spots.

- Trap
